What I do.

I offer a comprehensive approach to understanding and supporting neurodivergent clients, patients, and students, focusing on training, speaking engagements, and consultancy tailored to healthcare professionals, educators, and organizations. I have partnered with a range of institutions, including CHLA-UCEDD, CHLA-Adolescent Medicine, CHLA Pediatric Residency Program, USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, USC Chan School of Occupational Therapy, Pepperdine University, and the University of Bristol (UK), as well as private companies and practitioners to support professionals improve their clinical care. My approach is grounded in the belief that neurodiversity is a natural variation of human experience, and I’m passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to embrace this perspective.

In my training sessions, I provide practical strategies for understanding and supporting neurodivergent individuals. I focus on creating inclusive environments that honor each person's unique strengths and challenges. Through interactive workshops, I help participants develop skills in communication, empathy, and advocacy, ensuring they feel equipped to provide effective, inclusive, and culturally competent care.

As a speaker, I share insights from my clinical practice and personal experiences. I aim to inspire audiences to rethink traditional approaches to neurodiversity and promote acceptance and understanding. My talks are designed to engage and provoke thought, inviting participants to explore the rich tapestry of neurodivergent identities.

In my consultancy work, I collaborate with organizations to enhance their delivery of neurodiversity-affirming care. I offer tailored recommendations to create affirming practices, ensuring that interventions are accessible and responsive to the needs of neurodivergent clients, patients, and learners.
