Hello, friend.

Call me Molly.

I am a psychotherapist, educational therapist, speaker, trainer, consultant, and writer based in Los Angeles, California.

I provide and teach neurodiversity-affirming care.

You might be wondering, “Well, what does that mean?”

The answer is layered. Neurodiversity-affirming care recognizes neurodivergencies, such as autism, as natural variations in human experience. It emphasizes an intersectional, contextual approach that honors the wisdom of hard-lived experience. It doesn’t push neurotypical interventions on divergent brains, but tailors and adapts interventions to the people who need them. Finally, it asserts that for many with marginalized identities, internal suffering has clear, external causes, created and fueled by systemic oppression. Equity, justice, and interdependence should be our common goal.

This philosophy shapes every aspect of my work.

As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, validating space where clients can explore their emotions and develop skills for a happier, more fulfilling life. My niche lies in adapting evidence-based modalities — DBT, ACT, CFT, TF-CBT — for neurodivergent brains. I love working with everyone, but shine with young autistic and ADHD people (ages 9 to 35) who live with anxiety, dysregulation/depression, sensory-overload, executive dysfunction, C-PTSD/PTSD, low self-esteem, disordered eating, masking stress, neurotypical communication challenges, or are navigating life as an LGBTQIA+ person in an increasingly hostile world.

I honor lived experience, whether a client is formally diagnosed with autism or ADHD, self-diagnosed, or questioning their neurotype.

I tailor my work to my clients’ needs, not just to the words on their charts.

Treatment plans are collaborative and client-led. You choose your goals and how you work best.

Bottom line: This is your space, your time, your journey.

I carry all of these skills over to my educational therapy work, where I excel at crafting sensitive, nuanced educational treatment plans tailored to my students’ unique strengths and needs.

Lastly, through my training, speaking, and consultancy work, I educate clinicians, care-specialists, academic institutions, parents, and businesses on how to provide ND-affirming care to their clients, patients, and students.
